Start by creating a new meeting. Select dates, and then you'll get a shareable link for participants to add their availability. Our scheduling engine will then help find the best time for everyone.

How LetsMeet Simplifies Scheduling

Enter meeting title, duration, potential dates, and optional details/location, then click "Create Meeting."
You'll be taken to a new page with a unique link for your meeting (all data is now stored securely, not in the link).
On that page, add your availability by selecting time slots. Changes are saved automatically.
Share the link with others. When they add their availability, the page updates in real-time for everyone!
Once everyone has added their availability, click "Suggest Best Times" to let our scheduler find optimal slots for your group!
